Base location – Dubai
Candidate would be responsible for the overall functioning of the BOH of all the locations of the cuisine.
The standardization of Food, Presentation and the entire offering to the guest.
He will need to plan the manpower requirements and the optimum utilization of it at all the locations.
Routine product and raw material development and ensuring procurement of quality materials at best value.
Candidate would be responsible for the overall functioning of the section of the location allotted. The quality of Food, Presentation and Preparation for smooth functioning of the section. The check and balances of the raw materials. Maintaining inventory and smooth flow of work at the restaurant.
Ideal candidate should have been previous responsible for similar role restaurant. Proficient in Indian cuisine. Person should preferably possess a certificate or diploma in culinary arts and management with over 3 years’ experience. Open to relocation in any Emirate of UAE
