Diversity and inclusion is a key tenet that helps an organization deliver its mandate through competitive advantage. This is because, a robust D&I program can help an organization attract and retain top talent in order to drive results. Various research findings on D&I shows that organizations that embed D&I principles have better outputs in performance and value creation.

Increasingly D&I is becoming an important business sustainability and continuity paradigm that defines processes, systems and performance. It is therefore imperative for ILRI to anchor the D&I program as part of the organizational values’ system.
