About GROOTS Kenya
GROOTS is a national movement of grassroots women-led community-based groups (CBOs) and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) in Kenya. GROOTS Kenya has invested in nearly 2,500 women-led groups across 14 counties out of the 47 where we have a direct presence. Founded in 1995 after the fourth UN Conference on Women in Beijing.
∙ Be responsible for the identification of training needs of staff and partners on M&E
∙ Supervise training and adoption of standard operating procedures and oversees the timely and quality implementation of M&E and knowledge management and learning initiatives
∙ Design M&E tools ‘baseline’, questionnaires, surveys, distribution lists and other tools and supports field-based staff to ensure effective management of the project
∙ Be responsible for the implementation of M&E initiatives of the M&E tools and systems developed for the project.
Degree in social sciences Experience in data analysis and reporting Experience working in not for profit sector
